Things I Wanted at My New Place
I wanted a common garden at the place so that my family members can go for a walk to a badminton court where me and my partner can play. All these things were available at this place and that gave me some clarity to invest in this place. There were not many amenities at the place but they were enough. However the place was pretty beautiful and the surroundings made up for it. In amenities first we have a full fledged Jogging track
where I can go for my morning run. I personally love playing games and here we have a Badminton court and a Basketball court where I can play these games anytime I want.
A Common garden for my family was crucial as my parents can go for a walk in the common garden. Utilizing all the resources accurately the place has a
Rain water harvesting system and for waste management we have a Sewage treatment plant here. There’s a dedicated area as a Children’s play area for kids and a huge Club house where people can play multiple indoor games. Fire safety is available to avoid any uncertainty and there’s an Amphitheater at the place for big events.
Visitor parking is offered so that residents can park their car easily. There’s a Community hall which is a great way to get people together for events.
Cctv cameras are present at every entrance. There’s a Lift accessible to all the rooms and we have proper security and space here. There are multiple Indoor games one can enjoy.
